The security fence panel is a welded wire mesh sheet formed with 2–4 pressed V-ribs that create a three-dimensional profile. This design increases lateral stiffness and impact resistance while keeping a slim clear-view appearance. Panels are typically ~2.5 m wide and heights are customizable per project, with mesh and wire options selectable to meet visual and security requirements.
Characteristics:
V-fold ribs act as integrated stiffeners, minimizing sag and local deformation. Tight mesh openings and heavier wire gauges improve anti-climb and anti-tamper performance. The clear-view profile preserves CCTV sightlines and lighting. Standard finishing (galvanize + powder coat) provides outdoor corrosion protection.
Advantages:
Compared with flat panels, 3D curved panels deliver higher stiffness per unit weight, faster modular installation, and simpler on-site replacement of damaged panels. They integrate easily with top-mount deterrents (razor wire, spikes) and are cost-effective where both visibility and perimeter deterrence are required.
Application:
Suited for residential perimeters, commercial campuses, industrial parks, sports venues, utility substations and landscape boundaries. Where CCTV visibility is required, 3D panels provide minimal obstruction.
Installation & Maintenance:
Panels bolt or clamp to standard posts; choose in-ground concrete footings or baseplate anchors per site. Inspect fixings and coatings annually and touch up exposed metal. For coastal projects consider thicker galvanizing or stainless components.
Quality Assurance & Delivery:
We perform incoming material checks, weld-strength sampling and coating-thickness inspections during production. Finished panels undergo dimensional, visual and adhesion tests before packing. Standard delivery is palletized with wooden braces and anti-rust wrapping; accessories are boxed separately. For large projects we support staged delivery and can provide factory inspection reports or third-party test certificates on request. Warranty and spare-parts packages can be included per contract.
