Product Description:

A Demister Pad, also known as a Mist Eliminator, is a critical component designed to remove entrained liquid droplets from gas streams in various industrial processes. Our Demister Pads are available in multiple materials (Stainless Steel, PP, PTFE) and structures (knitted mesh, woven mesh, vane type), ensuring optimal performance across diverse operating conditions. With a separation efficiency of ≥98% for 3-5μm droplets and a pressure drop of ≤500 Pa, they are widely recognized as a reliable solution for industries like chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and natural gas processing.

Production Process:

Raw Material Preparation:High-quality raw materials are sourced, including 304/316 stainless steel wires, food-grade PP granules, and virgin PTFE resin. Each batch undergoes chemical composition analysis to ensure compliance with standards.

Mesh Weaving/Knitting:For knitted mesh, stainless steel or PP/PTFE wires are knitted into interlocking patterns by advanced looms. For woven mesh, wires are woven into precise grids. Vane-type demisters are formed by bending and assembling metal plates.

Forming & Cutting:The woven/knitted mesh is cut into specified dimensions and formed into pads. Vane-type demisters are assembled into modules according to design drawings.

Quality Inspection:Each demister pad undergoes multiple tests, including separation efficiency testing (using a mist generator), pressure drop testing, and material thickness measurement. Only products meeting our strict quality criteria (≥98% efficiency, ≤500 Pa drop) are approved for shipment.

Packaging:Products are packaged in wooden cases or cartons with moisture-proof and shock-proof materials to ensure damage-free transportation.
