Delivery and Traceability
Steel grade certificates, galvanizing thickness reports and dimensional inspection records accompany every shipment. Panels are bundled with steel strapping and marked for site identification, which speeds up installation on large projects.
Loading, Handling and Site Installation
Grating is a heavy and easily damaged product if handled carelessly, so Luojie Metal bundles panels in the direction of the bearing bars and marks lifting points on each bundle. On site, panels are laid in sequence from a fixed datum, aligned with clamps or welded to the supporting steel, then checked for level before final fixing. Where cut outs are needed for pipes or ducts, our team can pre cut the opening and band the edge so the coating remains continuous. This approach shortens installation time on large platforms and avoids touch up work later.
