Applications

Engineering and Fit

Hygiene and Packing
Belts are degreased, passivated and inspected for burrs and weld integrity before packing. Each order ships with material certificates and a length and width inspection report, protected by film and wooden cases for export.
Belt Care and Service Life
Most conveyor belt failures come from edge damage or incorrect tension rather than from the mesh itself. Belts should be run with the correct take up setting, with the smallest practical pulley diameter to avoid over stressing the links, and with regular washing to remove food residue that can harden in the joints. Spare cross rods and connecting pins are supplied with every order so that a damaged section can be repaired on site instead of replacing the whole belt.
