Manufacturing and Quality Control
Every batch is produced from traceable steel coil, pressed on automated roll forming machines, welded or riveted to rails, then hot dip galvanized after fabrication so that every cut edge and rivet hole is fully sealed against corrosion. Salt spray testing, coating thickness measurement, panel dimension checks and load testing on posts are carried out before packing. Panels are shipped in steel pallets with protective interleaving to avoid transport scratches.
