Production and Inspection
Panels are welded on computer controlled lines, then press bent, degreased, hot dip galvanized and finally powder coated. Each batch is checked for aperture size, wire diameter, panel diagonal tolerance and coating adhesion. Pre shipment inspection reports and salt spray test data are available for tender submissions.
